Sarah holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Musculoskeletal Therapy), a Cert IV in Matwork Pilates and is undertaking a Diploma of Studio and Rehabilitation Pilates with internationally recognised Polestar Pilates in 2016.


As a musculoskeletal therapist (MST), Sarah focuses on understanding, treating and managing musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain. She incorporates a range of orthopaedic postural and movement assessment to identify the cause of the issue. Thus, creating an individualised treatment using a range of techniques with the intention of reducing pain, improving function and bringing clients back to carrying out important tasks in their life again. Sarah’s aim is to work together with clients towards their health and physical goals to gain and maintain meaningful and long-lasting outcomes.

Sarah enjoys treating a range of musculoskeletal issues including injury prevention and rehabilitation, headaches, neck, back, shoulder, hip and knee pain.

Techniques that Sarah may recommend are:

  • Myofascial release, including cupping
  • Joint mobilisation
  • Trigger point therapy
  • Dry needling and electro dry needling
  • Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and Proprioreceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)
  • Neurodynamic mobilisation
  • Exercise therapy and stretching


Along with her love of all things MST and Pilates, Sarah is all about adventure, the ocean, sunny days, music, moving her body, people, animals, wine, cooking and stargazing… All best in combination with each other!
