Kayelene holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Australian College of Sports Therapy and has completed extra certification in Pregnancy Massage from Pregnancy Massage Australia.
Kayelene has worked as part of a multidisciplinary team in Melbourne and has enjoyed volunteering as a massage therapist in St Kilda and in health camps in India. She is very passionate about the healing power of massage and can help you to address muscular dysfunction, headaches, post-exercise recovery, improve mobility, reduce stress/anxiety and facilitate general wellbeing. Kayelene also combines her previous experience as a dental nurse to address tension/pain associated with Bruxism and TMJ disorder. As a therapist, she enjoys treating people from all walks of life.
Kayelene is genuinely interested in helping others achieve their health goals, whether that be to reduce pain, improve movement or to feel better in oneself. She will take the time to listen and get to know you. Her holistic approach combines the assessment of your concerns, mobility and contributing factors and a thorough but relaxing treatment to achieve the best results.
Kayelene believes that the best way to start the day is with a cup of tea. She is a massive foodie, enjoys the outdoors and getting active and loves to travel and experience culture, wine, food and some of the biggest and best music festivals in the world.
